IT Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme at the GC4B

We have a new Apprenticeship scheme in partnership with training provider NiTP.

 

This innovative scheme combines tuition in the classroom delivered over two-week segments with work placement experience. This combination of tuition and work experience means the qualification can be completed within just seven months.

 

You could train either a new recruit or an existing team member for FREE* with funding from the National Apprenticeship Service.  All you would need to pay is a minimum wage of £95 a week for the duration of the training: a trememdous saving on the cost of putting someone through the qualifications yourself.

 

You would also benefit by having an employee with a nationally-recognised qualification and, both the practical knowledge and technical skills to support your business goals. There is no obligation to continue the Apprentice's employment after training - but we are sure you will be impressed and want to keep them on. This has certainly been the case in other areas where this scheme has been run.

 

The first intake for Apprentices is 4th October, with another group starting on the 18th October.
